Details: “Splash Into Summer” with St. Louis Park’s annual start-of-the-season festival. Of special interest to families with young children, Kidtacular takes place Saturday only, from 2-6pm in Wolfe Park (3700 Monterey Dr., SLP) with a ton of free children’s events including pony rides, character greetings, canoe rides, a magician and more.
