TheRH STAFFORD LIBRARYis a branch of the Washington County Library system and is located in lovely indoor Central Park. The city of Woodbury maintains free public outdoor ice skating rinks at five parks includingCOLBY LAKE PARK, KARGEL PARK, OJIBWAY PARK, SHAWNEE PARKand a refrigerated outdoor ice rink atHEALTHEAST SPORTS CENTER. The refrigerated rink is for pleasure skating only, no hockey sticks or pucks allowed. Weather permitting, it opens early December.

EAGLE VALLEY GOLF COURSE: The golf course’s 225 acres are used for sledding, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter!

Central Park, 8595 Central Park Place, Woodbury, MN 55125 WOODBURY CENTRAL PARKis a landscaped, climate-controlled indoor public park that housesLOOKOUT RIDGE INDOOR PLAYGROUND, the R.N. Stafford branch of theWashington County Library, a branch of the YMCA and an ECFE center. There is also a city-owned café located next to the library. The park hosts free community programs, music, and movies throughout the year. Lookout Ridge is one of the featured indoor playgrounds in our Twin Cities Indoor Playgrounds and Play Areas Guide. The play equipment and climbing structure is themed to look like the St Croix River Valley with lookalike limestone caves and giant tree trunks. You can climb to the treetops and then make your way to the bottom on a number of zippy slides. Preschoolers and toddlers have their own spaces to bounce, climb, slide and explore a maze of tunnels and caves if they are not yet ready to scale the treehouse. $5.50/child.

M Health Fairview Sports Center & Madison’s Place Playground
4125 Radio Drive, Woodbury, MN 55129 M HEALTH FAIRVIEW SPORTS CENTER is a multi-use destination with indoor and outdoor facilities. Amenities include a 90,000-square-foot indoor field house, two indoor ice arenas, an outdoor ice skating rink, outdoor athletic fields, a colorful splash pad, and MADISON’S PLACE PLAYGROUND, the Twin Cities East Metro’s first completely handicapped accessible inclusive playground.
Carver Lake Park
3175 Century Ave S, Woodbury, MN 55125 CARVER LAKE PARK is one of Woodbury’s finest, with family-friendly amenities that include a swimming beach and volleyball court, a picnic area, two playgrounds, and a bike trail. The trail is popular challenge for off-road bikers. There is also a bike park for kids to work on biking skills. The beach is large, sandy and clean. This is the kind of park you can make a day of it at!

Rivertown Drive, Woodbury, MN, 55125 55125 MERRILL ARTS CENTERin Woodbury is an all-volunteer theater that offers family-friendly shows and acting, piano, voice, and dance classes as well as summer camps for kids.
