We love theatre and music and all the performing arts, but we recognize they take some pre-planning. We’ll keep a running list of current and upcoming performances on this page so you can peruse ahead and pick your favorites.

Don’t forget to check our Half-Price Tickets page to see if our affiliate partner, Goldstar is offering discounted tickets. (FFTC receives financial compensation if you access Goldstar through us.) The fools reign for one day each year when court jesters, village clowns and other fools speak their minds. Age 8+. Tickets: $5.00-$22.00.

11/14/17-12/30/17: Snow White and the Seven Vikings | Old Log Theatre, Excelsior
A family-friendly adaptation of the classic fairy tale with a Norse twist. Age 2+ (lap passes $5). Tickets: $14.00-$16.00.

11/17/17-12/28/17: Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Jr.| Stages Theatre Company, Hopkins
The junior production based on the Broadway musical, based on the animated movie, based on the classic fairy tale. Age 7+  Tickets: $5.00-$16.00.

This super–heroic, brand new live show features everyone’s favorite trio — Catboy, Owlette and Gekko, as they try and save the day from their sneaky villains.  Pre-K.  Tickets: $45+.
 

11/18/17: The Enchanted Forest: An Irish Ballet | Pas de Deux Dance, Student Union Theater, 2017 Buford Avenue, St Paul.

The adventure follows Moira and her fairy friends. Ages 4+  Tickets: $15.00 in advance; $20 door. (Check out the video below with excepts from a past performance, and see if you can spot one of our own in there.)

11/18/17-11/19/17: 56th Annual Marching Band Indoor Concert | Northrop Auditorium, Minneapolis.
Northrop Family Series: University of Minnesota Marching Band performances that showcase music, tradition, and entertainment for the whole family. Tickets: $20.00-$30.00. (Ask for the 50% discount for children.)
