Twin Cities Halloween Trunk-or-Treat
Halloween trunk-or-treat – it’s a twist on traditional door-to-door trick-or-treating that may be a great option for your family. The setup is typically a church parking lot where kids can move between vehicle trunks (often all decked out for the season) and collect candy. It works especially well for those with younger children who are eager to fill their candy sacks but whose legs can’t hold up block after block. Bonus – all the church parking lot trunk-or-treat events listed here are FREE to attend.
Twin Cities Halloween Trick-or-Treat Trails
In compiling our big list of 2021 Twin Cities trunk-or-treat events we’ve also included trick-or-treat trails. Some of these trails are free events sponsored by local businesses and involve a trick-or-treat path in a local shopping district. Other events we’ve included have a fee attached and are typically put on by community park & rec (and may require pre-registration). We’ve made sure to note when there is a fee for an event – otherwise, consider it free!
