Rosedale Center is bringing back its spooky season event with its Halloween Haul. Kids get to trick-or-treat at participating stores, dance with the Twin Cities Road Crew and special guest characters Glinda & Elphaba of WICKED. Costumes encouraged, just please no masks for those over 12.
