Mall-O-Ween is back, a safe way for kids to trick-or-treat at Mall of America on Halloween night. Pick up your treat bag at the Rotunda starting at 3pm, then head out to collect candy from participating stores. Plus photo ops, pop-up performances and special seasonal overlays at Nickelodeon Universe. Family-friendly costumes encouraged!
