Description
It’s a full afternoon of free Halloween fun in downtown Excelsior! Trick or treat at participating businesses from 10am-2pm (these will have special decals in the window or you can pick up a trick-or-treating passport map). There will also be a scavenger hunt in downtown – find 10 hidden Halloween characters to enter for a chance to win prizes.
