Description
Shak-O-Lantern Festival is Shakopee’s free Halloween event for the whole family. Downtown will be a spirited spot with live music, vendor market, food trucks and trunk-or-treating for kids. The event will be held in the parking lot of the Pearson Early Learning Center.
