July is a month filled with family summer festivals across the Twin Cities Metro Area. We’ve gathered Fourth of July celebrations, parades and fireworks. Kids Obstacle Challenge is the ultimate family adventure and the only obstacle course designed for kids and parents get to run together! The course is 1.5-2 miles long with mud, water, and 13-15fun and challenging obstacles.

The Minneapolis Kids Obstacle Challenge on Saturday, August 4th will be held at Afton Alps in Hastings, MN. Participants can traverse rock walls, army crawl through mud pits, rope swing over water, scale up rugged cargo nets, and more.
