WHAT ELSE CAN I DO WHILE I’M OUT IN EDEN PRAIRIE? FAMILY ATTRACTIONS CLOSE BY:
- PRAIRIE PLAY ZONE INDOOR PLAYGROUND: Kids play half price ($2.75-$3.25) after 1pm, Mon-Fri. Located within the Eden Prairie Community Center.
- FUN AT SCHEELS SPORTING GOODS: Inexpensive family attractions include an indoor Ferris Wheel, mini-bowling, arcade games, a target game and a huge (taxidermy) animal display. We love it on a chilly day! Located within Eden Prairie Center.

STORYTIME TUESDAY AT THE LIBRARY
The following four branches of the Saint Paul Public Library offer storytime for kids today:
- ST ANTHONY PARK: “Ruby’s Spring Show” w/ outdoor and indoor activities, 10am-12pm.
- RONDO COMMUNITY: 10:30am
- HIGHLAND PARK: Tot Time in the gym at 9:30am followed by storytime at 10:30.
- ARLINGTON HILLS: Storytime begins at 10:30 with Tot Time in the gym to follow until noon.
The following six branches of the Anoka County Library offer storytimes this Tuesday. Space is limited and registration is required.
- JOHNSVILLE (Blaine): Baby storytime, 10:15am
- CENTENNIAL (Circle Pines): Baby storytime, 10:15am
- NORTH CENTRAL (Ham Lake): Family storytime, 10:15am
- NORTHTOWN (Blaine): Family storytime, 10:15am

Seven branches of the SCOTT COUNTY LIBRARY branches offer Family Fun Spot Play Together Activities aimed at ages 3-6 during library hours today.
MALL OF AMERICA TODDLER TUESDAYS: Basketball Takeover
This week, kids can play basketball with special kiddie hoops and dance to a kids DJ. March 29, 10am-12pm. FREE!
TUESDAY IS DISCOUNT MOVIE DAY!
Traditionally, Tuesday is the day of the deal at Twin Cities-area movie theaters. While we can’t guarantee a kid-friendly flick will be screening at your local cinema, we do keep track of a list worth checking out. $5 movies are offered across theaters in communities like Minneapolis, St Paul, Eagan, Shakopee, Woodbury and more. Pass that popcorn!

On Spring Break today? Visit the Bell Museum during special weekday hours: Tuesday, March 29-Sunday, April 3, 10am–4pm. Your kids will delight in seeing the indoor exhibits: wildlife dioramas, hands-on space displays and a touch-and-feel room. Drop in or purchase advance tickets: $9-$17.
Love Cats? Visit the Cafe Meow!

My daughter absolutely loves cats but mean old mom isn’t up for having a pet. Our solution? We book an hour at this sweet rescue coffee shop and she gets a fix without extra responsibility. On spring break this week? Kids over 6 (with a parent) can play with the kitties and sip a warm beverage. 11am-7pm, $10/pp.

A trip to Gleason’s for open gym is an instant mood-lifter. The kids will love the opportunity to bounce on trampolines, scoot through obstacle courses, and play on the gym equipment.
