There are oodles upon oodles of sweet trunk-or-treat events and trick-or-treat trails going on across the Twin Cities this weekend if you’re looking to get a head start. APPLE VALLEY Trunk-or-Treat

EAGAN Halloween Trail Walk

Viking Lakes, 2685 Vikings Circle, Eagan MN
Dress up and explore “Legends Crossing” outdoors at the Eagan Community Center while visiting trick or treat stations and playing games. A local DJ will share music. October 25, 2025, 11am-2pm, $6/child; adults free with food donation. Pre-registration required.

Trick or treat downtown businesses, visit a bounce house, play mini golf and more. October 26, 2025, 2pm-5pm. FREE.

WEST ST PAUL Trivia on the Trails at Dodge Nature Center

The hike is self-guided so you can go at your leisure and at your own pace. Start at the kiosk across from the main office and follow the trail. All MEA Weekend 2025, open during park hours. FREE.

Did you know? DODGE NATURE CENTER is the setting of a working farm in the city. There is no charge to wander the trails and maybe get a glimpse of the animals.
