Maple Syruping at Eidem Farm

Follow farm staff as they collect and cook up maple syrup on the farm. A tasty maple treat around the bonfire follows. Must pre-register. Learn more about year-round programming at HISTORIC EIDEM FARM. March 23, 2024, 2pm-3:30pm. $6/pp.Â
Eastman Maple Syrup Festival
Eastman Nature Center, 13351 Elm Creek Road, Dayton, MN 55369
Hike to the Eastman sugarbush, help collect maple sap and watch it cook into the syrup we’re more familiar with. Learn more about what you’ll find at EASTMAN NATURE CENTER. March 23, 2024, 1-4pm. $6/pp.Â
Maple Syruping at Baker Outdoor Learning Center
2309 Baker Park Road, Maple Plain, MN 55359
Take a trip out to BAKER OUTDOOR LEARNING CENTER northwest of MSP to experience a spring maple syrup program. Learn about tree tapping and boiling sap into syrup then take a taste test. Registration is required by two days prior. March 24, 2024, slots from 2-4pm. $6/pp.
