First full weekend of every month
Details:

Bank of America Museums on Us is a program that offers its cardholders free general admission to 150 museums nationwide on the first full weekend of every month.

Is Museums On Us a Good Deal for Families?

This deal is probably best for single people or couples who are both cardholders. You must be a Bank of America or Merrill Lynch cardholder to receive ONE free admission. Family members will still need to pay. For most families, this will amount to more of a discount than free admission. However, if you are looking for a chance to visit, dropping the price by one or two adults, can make a big difference in the admission total. Check our Museums & Historic Sites page for the best deals at local sites.

4 Participating Minnesota Museums:

Minnesota residents have four options for participating museums*. They can choose between:

  1. Mill City Museum
  2. The Minnesota History Center,
  3. James J. Hill House, and
  4. Fort Snelling (opens Memorial Day through October).

Or, there is no rule that you couldn't hit all four in a weekend. All four museums are in the Twin Cities.

*Participating museums are subject to change (however we have verified most recently in January 2020). We suggest checking the Bank of America museum map before going.

What is the Family Fun Twin Directory?

This is the most extensive collection of companies, organizations, activities and places to find things to do with kids in the Twin Cities. Find things to do this weekend, things to do today, things to do with toddlers, things to do with teens. We have it all. Sort by indoor things to do with kids or outdoor things to do with kids. Find theater, music, water parks, aquariums, zoos, museums, seasonal fun.

Find the Answers to Your Questions. How much does it cost? What are the hours? Where can I find discount tickets? Where did my favorite store go?

We share Family Friendly Businesses. We work hard to keep it the most current and accurate parenting resource in the Twin Cities. Not just a blog for moms, we are a informational resource for families. This parent to parent list is perfect for dads, moms and grandparents to find fun things to do with kids year round.

This directory was made for families who live in the Twin Cities metro to connect with local businesses.
