Colby Lake Park in Woodbury is adjacent to Valley Crossing Elementary School. This community park is just over 67 acres and incorporates wetlands and green spaces. Family-friendly amenities include an accessible playground, picnic areas with nearby restrooms and portable toilets, and various sports fields and courts. In the winter this park has lighted skate rinks and a warming house.

Birthday Parties at Colby Lake Park
This park has a park building that can be rented year round for birthday parties and other private events. The party space holds up to 45 people. Rentals are available at both resident and non-resident rates.
Colby Lake is one of five Woodbury parks that has a public skating/hockey rink with a warming house. Rinks operate between the end of December and the end of February, weather permitting. Call the City of Woodbury weather line at (651) 714-3569 for up-to-date details.
Rink hours are from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on school days and from 1Â p.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends and school release days.
