Description
The city of Minneapolis maintains outdoor ice rinks at 24 parks. Nearly all locations provide warming shelters and free loaner skates available on a first come, first served basis. Many offer separate spaces for general skating and recreational uses such as hockey and broomball. You can even skate on three Minneapolis lakes!
Open: Mid-December to mid-February, weather permitting.

Hours: Rinks are lit from 4pm until 9pm. Minneapolis parks are open 6am-midnight.
Warming room hours are 5-9pm weeknights, 12-9pm Saturdays and school release days, 1-5pm Sundays.Â
