Bohanon Park is adjacent to the Jenny Lind Elementary School, and is located a few blocks east of Creekview Park.
Bohanon Park wading pool
This is a newer wading pool with a zero depth entry and spray feature similar to that of a splash pad. Because of the proximity of the school, Bohanon Park wading pool will open in early June after school release. It closes in late August before the start of school. During the summer, the pool is open daily between 10am and 9pm. There are no lifeguards at Minneapolis wading pools.
Winter at Bohanon Park
In the winter months, Bohanon Park maintains an outdoor hockey rink. There is a warming room and often free loaner skates are available.
