CRAFTY VALENTINE’S DAY OUTINGS
Throughout February: Drop in anytime during the month and craft a homemade Valentine gift at Heartfelt (Linden Hills, Minneapolis), 10am-5pm. Projects are for a range of ages, including adults, and cost between $5-$30 each.
Select dates in February: Twin Cities Michael’s locations offer inexpensive Valentine crafts for kids.

10am-4pm | Grab a bite with your sweetheart, check the latest exhibit, Oleana: Casting on for a New Generation (admission charged), and make a fun Nordic heart-basket! Norway House will have free supplies in the Kaffebar for you to make your Nordic heart and fun facts about how Nordics celebrate Valentine’s Day.
Feb 20, 2020: Family Floral Corsage/Boutonniere Class | Shakopee Library
A florist teaches the basic steps to create a one-of-a-kind corsage and boutonniere. Cost is free but registration is required. 6pm-7:30pm. FREE.

Feb 11, 2020: Candlelit Trails | Richardson Nature Center, Bloomington

Feb 14 & 15, 2020: Kids at the Castle: Hearts & Hugs | American Swedish Institute, Before the museum opens, join ASI for visual play, storytelling, music, and movement inspired by ASI’s exhibits that will encourage creative young minds. Recommended for ages 2-5. 9-10am, $8/family.
