Whether you are “love birds” or just love birds, the Friends of Roberts Bird Sanctuary invite the public to a Valentine’s Day stroll through the Sanctuary at dusk. Visitors can listen for owl calls and enjoy the quiet of winter in this beautiful park space. Cookies and cocoa provided.
- Meet at the visitors shelter at the east entrance. Roberts Bird Sanctuary, 4124 Roseway Rd, Minneapolis, MN 55409.
- Parking: Lyndale Park has metered lots. MPRB Parking lot meters take both coins and credit cards.
- Bring a flashlight or headlamp and your favorite cocoa cup
- Dress for walking outdoors in winter — layers and boots.
