The Highland Park Aquatic Center is an outdoor swimming pool in Highland Park in Saint Paul. It is located just off Montreal Avenue on Edgecumbe Road between the Highland Golf Course and Circus Juventas. Bigger kids will enjoy its two-story water slide and climbing wall, while small kids can play it the splash pad. There is also a lap pool and diving boards for more serious swim practice.

Tot Time at Highland Pool
Highland Park offers a dedicated swim time for little kids with an adult. Only the splash pad is open during these discounted swim times. Restricted to kids ages 6 and under with adult chaperone. Upcoming Highland Pool Tot Times.
When is Highland Park Swimming Pool Open?
The Aquatic Center’s season runs from early June – Labor Day, with Open Swim times as follows:
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 12-6pm
- Wednesdays 12-8pm
- Saturdays 11am-7pm
- Sundays 11am-6pm
Highland Park Aquatic Center Family-Friendly Features:
- Free loaner life jackets
- An activity pool for kids
- A splash pad designed to look like a whale bone
- An aquatic climbing wall
- Water slides – 2 drop slides and a two-story slide
