Cinnamon Ridge Park is a small neighborhood park on the west side of Eagan. It is tucked among residential homes with a public entrance off Slater Road. Family-friendly amenities include a playground, hiking trails, basketball court and a ballfield. The city maintains a portable toilet during the summer months. There is no off-street parking.
3 Ideas for family fun at Cinnamon Ridge Park
- Bring a playground ball to play on the hard court. It includes a small basketball half-court for a game of HORSE, a four-square court and hopscotch.
- Take a walk. The “hiking trail” in this park is a 0.2 mile paved path that runs between the homes on Slater Road and Cinnamon Ridge Trail.
- Playground – The playground was updated in 2021. It has two sunny benches for parents to sit on while watching kids play.
