Perpich Center for Arts Education Arts High School is a tuition-free, public school in Golden Valley for students committed to “serious study in the arts and academics”. Some students choose to live on campus during the school year and, for students who living outside the schools radius, residential fees are waived. Students living in Hennepin and Ramsey county are required to pay a reasonable dorm fee. Families may enjoy visiting the school for one of their many affordable community events such as plays, musical performances and art exhibitions. The library at Perpich is free and open to all Minnesota residents to join. Find arts and education materials geared toward teaching artists and educators. Homeschooling parents may like that they check out teaching kits on a variety of subjects.
