Camp Under the Starz offers campers endless opportunities to hone their theatre, musical theatre and dance skills in a fun and exciting summer camp program. Our camp is an all-inclusive sleep away camp! Students going into grades 5-12 of ALL abilities, along with adults with special needs! All campers will have classes in theatre, voice, and/or dance. They will also have classes in characterization, stage presence, makeup, art and so much more, along with outdoor activities like hiking, low-ropes
course, swimming, fishing, and a gaga pit, just to name a few!

1617 North Second Street Minneapolis, MN 55411 Our musical theater evening classes are taught by professional performers and are seriously fun. Students are absorbed in a creative musical theater environment with passionate teaching artists of singing, acting and dance––ballet, jazz, hip hop. Kids will make new friends and new memories. Children’s Theatre Company

Create theatre magic this summer at Children’s Theatre Company. We offer a wide variety of camps for all ages and abilities. Explore musicals like ‘Wicked’ or build imaginative worlds in Lego Mega Build or explore the beauty of the ocean in Underwater Adventures. At CTC we have camps for grades k-12. Don’t miss the fun! 

In person and virtual camps offered. Give your star the opportunity to explore acting, musical theatre, improv, and more. With dozens of summer camps, you’re sure to find the perfect fit. Illusion Theater

Mu Explorations Summer Camp

Sign up for Theater Mu’s week-long camps for students entering 3rd-12th grades! This July, classes cover acting, musical theater, writing your own stories, and more with professional theater artists. Sign up for half days, combine them for a full day, or take the high school intensive—no matter the camp, you’ll be in an environment centered on the Asian American experience. One-week sessions run July 10-28, 2023. Pay-as-you-are-able.

Theater Arts Academy’s Much Ado About Nothing

Young Dance Summer Camps and Classes

Young Dance offers dance classes and camps from June 6–August 31.
Since 1987, Young Dance has been transforming lives through movement. We are an inclusive community where creativity flourishes and healthy risk-taking is encouraged. Our classes are open to everyone of all levels and abilities! We offer classes for ages 1–7 and camps for ages 4–18.

Come try Creative Movement and Storytelling, Choreography, All Abilities Dancing and Stories, Music as Movement, Dance and Social Justice, Dance and Photography, Musical Theater, Afro/Latin, Ballet, Choreography, Hip Hop, Improv, Jazz, Modern, and more! Registration opens at the end of February.

Youth Performance Company

Zenon Dance School

2023’s musical is set to be Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka, to give you an idea of what productions are presented. Open to kids ages 8-18. Rehearsals July-August with weekend performances August. $150.

    I Remember, going to the camp back in 19 67,68 and 69 I’m curious do you have any information on camp goers during that time.Any photos hanging around? Very curious if there are any photos of me and my brothers.
    My name is Michael Harris, my brothers name, Christopher Harris, Steven Harris looking for any information or photos on any of us in regards to camping at Pillsbury camp during this time period. if so, greatly appreciate the information. i’m looking for my lost brother Steve Harris mostly. he had a different mother my mothers name was Miriam Harris..
    I definitely have fond memories of camping. Just curious if there is any information that you might have on us. I realize this might be. like looking for a needle in a haystack..
    Not too long ago. My dad passed, and I got back my lanyard that I made for him at the camp which brought up a lot of memories about Pillsbury camp.. which I have held onto for many years because we had so much fun.
    So I’m just running down memory lane.
