East Phillips Park is just South of downtown in the Phillips Neighborhood of Minneapolis. It is a few blocks east of Phillips Park Community & Aquatics Center, where you will find the indoor community pool. Family-friendly amenities at this park include a wading pool with sprinkler features, air-conditioned rec center, a playground and tot lot, and sports courts and fields. Don’t forget to bring books to trade. There is a Little Free Library at this park.
