The Audubon Center of the North Woods (ACNW) has been committed to providing environmental and outdoor education experiences since 1971. Our programs connect people to nature with a focus on developing environmental understanding, ethics and responsibility through experiences that link nature and humans. Tamarack Nature Center | White Bear Lake

Summer Day Camps at Tamarack offer kids 3-13 a chance to dig into nature play! Animal encounters, canoeing, hiking, swimming, pond-dipping, mud-mucking and gardening adventures await. Four-day camp weeks are perfect for busy families, and one-day mini camps and half-day camps are also available. All camps guarantee plenty of nature play, adventure and fun. Register online at here.

Bruentrup Heritage Farm | Maplewood
Farm-to-Table camp: curriculum-based day camp that connects elementary aged children to agricultural history and contemporary agriculture. Camp session runs August  | grades 2-5 | Price $150 | Register by July

Kerfoot Canopy Tour Zip Line Summer Camp | Henderson

Full or half-day camps offered in July | ages 6-15 | $179

Como Park Zoo & Conservatory | St Paul
Be a part of Camp Como. Sessions: Full or half-day options available with extended care offered before and after. Dates run 6/10/19-8/30/19 | pre-K thru grade 8 | $135-$155 per session

Girl Scout River Valleys Summer Camps | Zimmerman & Marine-on-St-Croix
Offers resident, troop and day camps throughout the summer. You need not be a Girl Scout to attend | Sessions run 6/16/19-8/16/19 | grades 1 & up | $90-$680 per session

Loppet Foundation | Minneapolis
Adventure Camp is held at Theodore Wirth Park. Sessions run Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm | ages 9-13 | $200/week

Minnesota Zoo | Apple Valley
Minnesota Zoo offers dozens of summer camps for animal-lovers of all ages. Sessions fun 5/28/19-8/30/19, 2.5 hour classes to 5 days per week | ages 3.5-12th grade | $27-$325 per session

Raptor Center | University of Minnesota, St Paul Campus
Summer sessions are run by the University of Minnesota’s Rec & Wellness Camps and specialty camps are also offered in partnership with a variety of other organizations | August 2019 | ages 6-14 depending on the session | $130 & up

Springbrook Nature Center | Fridley
Springbrook Nature Camps run weekly sessions 6/10/19-8/23/19 | ages 5-12 | $145-$155/week

Three Rivers Parks Summer Camps
Full lineup of outdoor adventure camps at 15 locations throughout the western half of the Twin Cities | ages 4-18 | $80 & up

Wargo Nature Center | Lino Lakes
Camps vary in length from three to five days, and children as young as four are invited to participate. Sessions run June-Aug | Preschool-grade 8 | $95 to $200/session | One-day Grandparent Camp is $15/pp.

Wildlife Science Center | Columbus/Forest Lake
At Wolves & Wildlife Day Camps, each session is filled with wildlife activities, games and more. Week-long sessions run June-Aug | ages 8-15 | $265/week

Wood Lake Nature Center | Richfield
Most camps are 3 days, with a couple week-long sessions for older grade school kids. July-August | ages 3-11 | $48-$98

YMCA Day Camps: Camp Icaghowan (Amery, WI), Camp Ihduhapi (Loretto), Camp St Croix (Hudson) offer programming for kids ages 5-17.
