Edgewater Park is a 10-acre neighborhood park on Colby Lake in Woodbury. Family friendly amenities include an accessible playground, space to picnic, paved trails through natural landscapes, and sports courts and fields. This park also has a drinking fountain, permanent restrooms and a off-street parking. This park also participates in Woodbury’s Puppet Wagon program. It is a good place to go to watch Woodbury’s fireworks. Because this park is on Colby Lake it offers a canoe launch and a fishing pier. According to the DNR, you could catch Bluegill, Black Crappie, Channel Catfish, Northern Pike, Yellow Perch, Bullhead in this lake. The shelter at Edgewater is available to rent between April 14th and October 14th for full or half-day rentals.The shelter holds up to 48 people and rental prices are determined by residency, with a security deposit required.
