Located next to the Crystal Skate Park and Crystal Cove Aquatic Center, the Crystal Community Center offers open gym times and facilities for the community. There is a Skate Park in the north parking lot and a Little Free Library onsite. The center also hosts classes and camps for kids and community events throughout the year, such as the annual Bike Rodeo in May and Vehicle Fair in June.

Crystal Cove Aquatic Center

Built in 1968 and fully renovated in 2005, Crystal Cove Aquatic Center is the outdoor pool at Crystal Community Center.  It has a a Jet Scream water-slide that was added in 1990. Family-friendly features include a zero depth pool, water-walk and drop slide. Besides the regular swim times below, the pool offers a preschool Little Splashers Pool-Time on Saturday mornings.

Crystal Skate Park

An all-ages skate park is located in the north parking lot of the community center.  The public is welcome to skateboard or inline skate at this free park. Safety gear is strongly recommended.

The Edible Courtyard

When visiting the community center in the summer, families can stop by the “Edible Courtyard” to pick free, healthy produce. Examples of foods you might find in season are cucumbers, zucchini, eggplant, spinach, kale and beans. In 2021, the raspberry plants are expected to produce berries. Check Facebook before heading out to get an idea of what might be available to harvest.

Birthday parties at Crystal Community Center

Crystal Cove BirthdaysFamilies can book Splashtastic Pool birthday parties that include an exclusive reserved area, pool admission for up to 12 children and 2 adult chaperons, unlimited water slide rides, a hot dog meal, including chips and a drink and an ice cream treat for all guests.

Rooms can be reserved and rented for private events, such as birthday parties. Facilities include three gyms and a kitchen. Find more detailed room information here and fill out a rental request here.
