The University of Northwestern (UNW) is a Christian university with a liberal arts focus. Its main campus is located in Saint Paul. The university offers music education and summer camps for kids ages 4+. Throughout the year, it hosts events such as concerts, plays and exhibits that may appeal to families.
Summer Music Camps at University of Northwestern
Summer music camp programs are offered for kids ages 4 to 18 and are developmentally appropriate for age and interest. Students receive high quality instruction from experienced faculty while engaging in shared music making in a Christian environment. Ask for a family discount if you are registering three or more children. Music camp offerings have included Show Choir Camp, Brio Music Camp, International Piano Institute, and Violin Group Camp.
We feature these camps in our annual Summer Camp Guide, where we update prices and dates each year.
Academy of Music
Taught by university students and faculty, the Academy of Music offers private lessons, group lessons, ensemble and summer music camps to the community members of all ages. Reach the school of music at 651-631-5108.
