North River Hills Park is a 40 acre park in Burnsville with family-friendly amenities that include a playground, sports courts and fields, and space to picnic. In the winter, the city maintains an outdoor ice rink with warming house. The park is popular for youth sports and sometimes hosts community events.

The park has a picnic shelter and a recreation building that can be reserved for birthday parties and other private events. The shelter holds up to 30 people and the indoor space can hold up to 50 people. Call 952-895-4500 to reserve a space.
