Fishing McCarrons Lake

According to the Minnesota DNR,  you might find Northern Pike, Largemouth Bass, Bluegill , Crappie and Yellow Perch in this lake, but all these species are in average to low abundance. There is a fishing pier but it is situated in very shallow water and the designated shore fishing area is difficult to reach. Overall it doesn’t sound like the best place to fish. You can read more and make up your own mind here.  If you are looking for a place to fish in Roseville, you may want to try Central Park. We’ve had great luck catching sunfish at this park.

Birthday parties in the park

Families who want to throw a birthday party at this park can rent the 50-person shelter. The shelter has 8 picnic tables, electricity and a grill.
