Birthday Parties at Civic Center Park
Although it doesn’t offer a shelter, the picnic area at Bicentennial Garden can be rented for an affordable hourly rate. With a short walk across the park to the Burnsville Skate Park, this could be a budget-friendly option for a birthday party for an older grade school or middle school child.
