Minnesota Urban Debate League at Augsburg
A program created by Augsburg College for middle and high school students, The Minnesota Urban Debate League (MNUDL) is a competitive debate team that strives to “empower students through competitive academic debate to become engaged learners, critical thinkers, and active global citizens who are effective advocates for themselves and their communities”.
Minnesota Urban Debate League Summer Camps
Kids in middle and high school (5th-12th grade) can participate in 5-day summer camps each summer. Scholarships are available for those who need it. Financial aid is available. For more summer camp ideas, check out our Guide to Twin Cities Summer Camps.
Fun resources to help with debate & public speaking
For kids considering joining debate, kids who want to improve in debate or kids who could use extra help speaking in public, the debate league offers fun resources, including games, exercises and drills on their website.
