Heartfelt would you to know that summer is finally here–did you feel like it wouldn’t ever come like I did at times–and the June crafts help you to celebrate the weather and our daddies!

Painted Pets CompressedPAINTED PETS
Paint pressed cotton peg dolls to make a trio of pets of
your own design. Add felt ears and tails—adorable!
Ages 7 to adult. $15.
Decorate a small hinged box with an array of colors,
then let us help you wood-burn Dad’s name onto the
top. Perfect for storing
paperclips or other small
objects. Ages 3 and up. $10.

Decorate a little house for your favorite fairy or other forest
friend using watercolor crayons, flower petals, sticks, bark,
moss and more. Allow one to two hours. Ages 7 to adult or
younger with adult help. $28.

Ladybug Dolls CompressedLADYBUG DOLLS
Paint wooden peg dolls, adding felt
wings, and pipe cleaner antennae to
make a sweet lady bug and her little
sister. Ages 6 to adult; younger with
grown up help. $15.

Decorate a globe vase with
summery tissue paper flowers to
make a pretty lantern for your
patio. Or how about an
underwater or fishing theme for Dad? Ages 5 to adult;
younger with grown up help. $15.

Balsa Wood Raft CompressedBALSA WOOD RAFT
Saw and glue balsa wood pieces, then paint with acrylics.
Add a mast and sail and your craft is ready for launch.
Allow time for glue and then paint to dry. Ages 7 and up;
younger with grown up help. $15.
Beeswax Snail CompressedBEESWAX MODELING
Beeswax is an amazing modeling material:
colorful, sweet smelling, wonderful for quiet
crafting. Make several small projects: a snail,
dog, human figure, fruits and veggies are all possible with
beeswax. Ages 6 to adult. $15.

Plant a magical fairy garden in a large pot. Choose a trio of miniature plants,
decorate a little house, and add moss, pathways, a shell pool and more. Allow 1 ½
to 2 hours. Ages 6 to adult;
younger with grown up help.

And for the youngest crafters, Lisa offers a couple of different options.  The first one would be a fun outdoor toy and the second one is so sweet that a boy or girl could individualize it for themselves.


Jingle Stick CompressedJINGLE STICK
Paint your stick, then
attach jingle bells to
make this fun rhythm
Ages 3 and up, with
grown up help. $10.

Wind yarn over and over
to make your butterfly’s
wings, then add
antennae. Make two!
Ages 3 and up. $10.
