Description
One of my favorite events of the summer – Westwood Hills Trail of Small Wonders celebrates its Opening Day Festival with a grand unveiling of the 2026 trail, butterfly stilt walkers, live music, storytelling, face painting, hands-on art stations, and magic and puppet shows. Visitors are encouraged to dress up as their favorite woodland characters. FREE.Â
2026 Trail of Small Wonders
The Trail of Small Wonders features community-created dwellings for a miniature world of fairies, elves, gnomes and even trolls, artfully hidden along the ADA accessible trails of Westwood Hills Nature Center.
- Drop in anytime between July 13-August 1, 2206 to stroll the Trail of Small Wonders
- Westwood Hills Nature Center is open from sunrise until sunset
- Interpretive Center is open weekdays 8am-4:30pm and weekends noon to 5pm
