St. Louis Park Fire Department’s annual Open House is free and open to all ages. Stop by to meet some firefighters, enjoy snacks and participate in fun activities (see link for complete listing of events).

2025 St Louis Park Fire Department Open House events
- FREE hot dogs, chips, water and popsicles
- Meet & greet: firefighters, EMS bike patrol, city departments, community partners
- Cool trucks & more: Police cars, public works equipment, ambulance, fire trucks (including a historic 1928 fire truck) and equipment displays
- A fun squirt house
- Sparky the fire rescue dog
- Games & crafts with SLP’s mobile recreation Park ‘N Play vehicle.
- Drills: “Stop, drop & roll,” fire drills, escape plans, emergency preparedness, kitchen safety
- Demonstrations: CPR, first aid, fire extinguishers, grease fires & sprinklers
- Build with Home Depot
- Burn rooms as a grand finale.
