Description
At the Gideon Pond House in Pond-Dakota Mission Park, you can explore what life was like around the time Minnesota became a state. Hands-on, living history activities are presented weekly that appeal to kids and families. Each year in March, one of these Saturdays is devoted to the art of maple sugaring – presenting the sap-to-syrup story and allowing you to taste the results. Drop in between 1-4pm.
