Description

Nature exploration is fun at the Bloomington Education & Visitor Center, a metro-area unit of the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge. There are hands-on exhibits indoors and a loop path outside that connect to a trail along the Minnesota River. Kids can check out explorer backpacks to help understand what they might find as they hike. We’re tracking upcoming events here and on our Family Fun Calendar:

• May 2 Try Archery! – Equipment provided, suggested for youth ages 8+ | 10am-1pm
• May 23 Nature Movies at the Refuge: Flow | 11am-1pm & 3-5pm
