Nature education made fun for all ages! Free snacks included, thanks to Minnesota Valley Refuge Friends. Drop in at your leisure during posted hours, and make sure to hang around to wander through both the indoor exhibits and outdoor nature trails of the refuge. Cost is free.

- February | Hearts In Nature – Valentine’s Day animal-themed craft and self-guided walk to look for heart shapes in nature.
- March | All Things Green – Scavenge outside, craft inside and learn all about why plants are green.
- April | Earth In a Jar – Collect materials for a terrarium jar to take home.
- June | Art In Nature – Paint watercolor leaves and play nature bingo for prizes
