The Minnesota State Capitol building is a grand, historic and important public edifice – come explore it with your family! Saturday tours are offered in addition to the current weekday, guided-tour schedule. For visitors who prefer to tour on their own, a self-guided brochure can be picked up at the Capitol Information & Tour Center, located in Room 126 on the first floor to the right side of the main (south) entrance. FREE. Drop In.

- Saturday hours/tours: 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. with 45-minute guided tours offered at the top of each hour.
- Monday–Friday hours/tours: 9:00 am 4:00 pm
- Admission and tours are FREE. Suggested donation of $5 per person for a guided tour.
