Lake Phalen’s WaterFest features all kinds of fun activities on and around the water: Voyageur canoe and sailboat rides; watercraft check-out, fishing lessons and contest, water games, climbing walls, a jump castle, arts and crafts, face painting and lawn games. Admission is free.
