Description
Ramsey County Parks & Recreation will have bikes available to borrow in a variety of styles and sizes. Check one out and bike your way through three northeast metro parks this summer. Please note that adults will need ID to check out a bike and youth need to be accompanied by an adult. All programs take place between 1-4pm.
