Description
Youth Glass Camp is a five-day camp for kids ages 9-12 and Teen Glassblowing & Flameworking Camps are for ages 13-17. Cost is $450/week.
About FOCI Minnesota Center for Glass Arts
The studio focuses on teaching the glass arts to the Twin Cities community, as well as mentoring up-and-coming glass blowers. While most offerings are geared toward adults, youth camps are offered each summer, and families can visit the studio during Art-A-Whirl in May. Open classes include glass demonstrations for community groups, classes in torch working, kiln casting, sand casting, fusing and neon. These classes are open to kids age 9+ with a parent.
