So much to look forward to: a Friday night parade, fireworks and a free outdoor movie (Despicable Me 4, 9pm). Saturday ice cream social and outdoor classic rock concert and Sunday canoe and kayak races. Plus, a classic carnival all weekend long in Champlin.
