Ruth Circle Park is a small (4-acre) neighborhood park in Fridley. Family-friendly amenities include a playground, space to picnic and sports courts and fields. In the winter the city maintains an ice rink; and in the summer this park participates in the Rec N' Roll program.

Winter activities at the park include ice skating and snow play. The city creates a snow pile for kids to play in and on. They also maintain a pleasure rink as weather permits - usually mid December to mid February. The city recommends cancelling outdoor activities if the temperature falls below 10 degrees Fahrenheit or there is a wind chill of -25 degrees.
