Heidi Ferris is a local author and creator of Growing Green Hearts, a STEM education program. She has independently published six books aimed at teaching science to Grade School kids through interactive play. Ms. Ferris is a member of the National Science Teacher’s Association and the Minnesota Association of Environmental Educators.
