Camp Pillsbury in Owatonna, Minnesota offers campers endless opportunities to hone their skills in fun and outstanding summer camp programs. Our camp caters to campers from 6-17 years old. Campers design their own unique schedule. Campers pick 3 activities they do everyday and also select 3 activities that can change everyday. The end of the session culminates in a performance day for the camp, parents and community! Tamahay Camp for Girls is beginning its 53rd year of operation. Our philosophy remains the same today as it was when Tamahay was established in the outdoors at an affordable price. Tamahay believes in empowering young girls to be self-sufficient and to earn self-confidence through activity. We offer horseback riding, canoeing, sailing, archery, tennis, fencing as well as cookouts and overnight camping. German Language Camps | Germanic-American Institute

Kids will have the run of the GAI Haus and grounds this summer, exploring interactive themes while learning German. Beginners to bilingual campers are welcome at GAI’s half-day summer camps, with before- and after-care available. Themes include Spy Camp, Pirate Voyage, Kitchen Science, Creepy Crawlies, Podcasting for Kids, and more!  | All levels | Ages 4–13 | June 28-Aug 20, 2021.

One Heartland Camps, Willow River

Bunker Park Stable | Andover

Comprehensive horse riding camps; with lots of riding time. 2-day to 5-day camps available during sessions June 24, 2021 through August 6, 2021 (some are already full) | ages 5-18 | $260-$650.

Golden Ridge Stables | Lakeville

Sunnyside Stables | Rosemount

Each day includes riding — rain or shine. Campers will learn the basics of grooming, saddling, body language, posture, contact and balance to develop independent riding skills. Sessions: 6/7/21-8/26/21 | ages 6-13 | $350/week


Cooks of Crocus Hill | St Paul or Stillwater

Kids and Teens Cooking Camps at Saint Paul and Stillwater locations. Camps are 3 days each, 2½ hours per day. Several sessions to choose from June 14, 2021-August 16, 2021 | ages 8-17 | $225 per session

She Cooks.Design Kid’s Camp | St Paul

Campers will cook, grill and bake (outside as much as possible), as well as learn about gardening/composting, snacking, and different cultures and their foods. Camp is 4 days; June 14, 2021-June 17 2021; 9:30am-1:30pm| ages 9-13 | $295

  1. One to add to the list is Great River camp at Great River Montessori school in St Paul. Lead by the wonderful Montessori teachers and staff.
