4 Ideas for Family Fun at Wildwood Park

  1. Relax on one of the shady benches while the kids play on the playground
  2. Bring a playground ball to play kickball on the baseball diamond
  3. Get a game of volleyball going on the outdoor sand court
  4. Practice tennis together

Wildwood Playground

The playground is a good size with elements that will appeal to toddlers through middle grade school kids. There is plenty of room to spread out and run, climb, jump and swing.

Apple Valley Puppet Wagon Visits Wildwood Park

For over 40 years, Apple Valley has offered Puppet Wagon performances at city parks. Wildwood is usually one of those parks. The wagon rotates between parks on a weekly schedule, weekdays in the summer months. Find the schedule each year on the city’s website here.

In 2020, Apple Valley created the short video below with a little skit put on by the stars of the Apple Valley Puppet Wagon — Aroma, Essence and their friends.
