Schubert Club Music Museum
FamilyJam is a new free program for kids and families at the Schubert Club Music Museum in St. Paul's Landmark Center which comprises short 25-30 minute concerts followed by Music Museum activities, including hands-on instrument playing, instrument demonstrations and musician meet and greets. All FamilyJam concerts and Music Museum admission are free. Registration is required.

This weekend, a nature center volunteer will head up a guided Spring Bird Walk. Bring along binoculars if you have some and learn how to identify species by sight and song. Please register ahead. If the weather permits, make sure to let the kids run and explore the amazing DISCOVERY HOLLOW NATURE PLAYGROUND. May 4, 2024, 8-10am. FREE.

Meet the spring Minnesota farm babies!
Fawn-Doe-Rosa Wildlife Park

Technically these are “Wisconsin Farm Babies” but just as awwwe-inspiring, sweet and cuddly as the Minnesota variety. Just across the St Croix River border you can welcome critters like deer, goats, cows, pigs, sheep, rabbits, fox, mink, wolves, moose, otters, beavers and hedgehogs. Opens this weekend! Consider stopping in as part of a weekend day trip to kid-friendly Taylors Falls on the Minnesota side. May 4-5, 2024, $11/adults, $10/kids.
