Mini golf on your summer bucket list?

Whether you are looking to mini golf outside in the beautiful summer weather or inside to escape the heat and humidity, we’ve rounded up all the mini-golf courses in and around the Twin Cities.  Choose between classic courses and inventive courses, beautifully artistic courses and techno courses, challenging putting courses for dad and pirate’s lair for son.


Outdoor Mini Golf Courses

Adventure Falls Mini Golf | Taylors Falls
18 hole course with streams, ponds, and waterfall. Located behind the patio of Taylors Falls Drive In Restaurant. Ask about their 2 for 1 coupon. Open mid-April to mid-October.

Big Stone Mini Golf and Sculpture Garden | Minnetrista
If no one is in the clubhouse when you arrive, use the paybox to play this picturesque 14-hole course where whimsical art abounds.  Make sure you bring the correct change. Open from 10am-sundown, Sat-Sun starting early May. $8/ages 8 & under, $9/ages 9 & up.

Big Thrill Factory | Minnetonka, Oakdale & Shakopee
This mini golf course is an 18-hole seasonal challenge. Open Sun-Thurs: 10am-9pm, Fri: 10am-11pm, Sat: 9am-11pm. $7/game with the option to play Glow Golf for $5 extra. 

Captain’s Course Mini Golf | Eagan
This 9 hole mini golf course is a part of Cascade Bay–Eagan’s summer waterpark.  You may want to consider a season pass for unlimited mini-golf and swimming throughout the summer ($65-$75).
Open for the season starting early June 9. $2/9 holes, $4/all day pass with paid admission to pool.

Centennial Lakes Putting Course | Edina
For ages 8+ due to the difficulty of putting course. Not considered mini golf, but instead golf in miniature on grass fairways. Open seasonally Mon-Fri: 2 pm-sunset, Sat: 10 am-sunset, Sun: noon-sunset. $10/18 holes, $6/9 holes.

Eagle Lake Youth Golf Center | Plymouth
Eagle Lake Youth Golf Center is a state-of-the-art designed facility for young golfers.  It includes a 9-hole par 31 course and a 9 hole par 27 course as well as mini golf and foot golf. Open seasonally 9am-sunset, $5.59/adult, $4.66/child, second round $2.33 or 10-play pass for $40.

Midwest Golf Dome Mini Golf | Maplewood
The miniature golf course is located outside of the dome.  Ask about daily specials for the driving range.
Open 11 am-7 pm, $5/round.

Highway 8 Driving Range and Mini Golf | Chisago City
Driving range and mini golf at the corner of Pioneer and Hwy 8. Renovated classic family fun. Open seasonally, 10am-6pm.

LilliPutt | Coon Rapids
18-hole course, $15-$20 specials that include 2-4 go-kart rides. Open Mon-Thurs: 3pm-9pm, Fri: 3pm-10pm, Sat-Sun: 10am-10pm. $8.50/round, $4/second round.

The Links at Dred Scott | Bloomington
18-hole course is a par 48 and includes a practice putting green, 9 water hazards and waterfalls. Click here for Happy Hour Coupon. Open mid-April to October 1, weekday hours: 3pm-9pm and weekend hours 10am-10pm. $6-$8/18 holes, cash only.

Malt Tees (Wheel Fun Rentals) | Richfield
This 18-hole course located in Veterans Memorial Park includes 10 holes accessible to anyone. The course is beautiful surrounded by lush landscape and waterfalls. Open for  summer operating hours Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day 7 days a week, $7-$8/1st round, $5/2nd round.

Putt’er There | Como Park, St Paul
Located in the historic Como Park, enjoy a round of golf and then head over to the zoo or any of Como’s other fun amenities. Open Mon-Sat: 10am- 10pm, Sun: 11am-9pm, $3/9 holes, $6/18 holes.

Skyline Mini Golf | Walker Sculpture Gardens, Minneapolis
Tee times are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations. Open early May 2 thru early Sept, Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday, 11 am–5 pm. Thursday, 11 am–9 pm. Friday–Saturday, 11 am–6 pm. $10/player($8 Walker members, U.S. Bank cardmembers, and ages 7–18); free for ages 6 and under with paid adult.

St. Croix Falls Mini Golf and Go Karts | St Croix Falls, WI
18-hole course located on Highway 8 in St Croix Falls, WI. Toddlers are free with a paid adult (toddlers use a plastic club). Go-karts are available and multi-passes and group rates. Open Memorial Day-Labor Day 10am-9pm, $5.50/youth, $6.50/adult.


Indoor Courses

Can Can Wonderland | St Paul
The designers behind Can Can Wonderland are the designers behind the Walker Artist Designed Mini Golf course; each hole is a blast to play through! Open Thurs-Sun, Family Hours: Thurs–4 pm-9 pm, Fri–11 am-9 pm, Sat/Sun–10 am, 9 pm • $10/under age 12, veterans, & those 62+, $14/ages 12+

Glow in One | Blaine
A black-light illuminated golf course will be a hit for all the kids. Simple holes that are also challenging for the more experienced mini-golfer in the family. Open Mon-Sun, please see the website for updated hours. $6-$7.50/pp or see specials: Monday – free child golf with full price adult (each additional child 1/2 off), & Tuesday -$5 golf for everyone.

Grand Slam | Burnsville & Coon Rapids
At the Burnsville location, play your way through the Pirate’s Lair on this 18-hole indoor course. In Coon Rapids, you get to explore the passages and ramparts of a medieval castle. Open Sun-Thurs: 10am-9pm, $4.95/player.

Moose Mountain Adventure Golf | Mall of America
A full accessible golf course for the entire family to enjoy together. No barriers! Open Mon-Sat: 10am-9:30pm, Sun: 11am-7pm, $10.99/18 holes, $34.99/family four pack.
