The Hopkins Depot is a family-friendly coffee shop in Hopkins that is conveniently located at a trailhead for Three Rivers Park District regional trails, where hikers can take advantage of parking, portable restrooms and drinking water or stop for a relaxing beverage.
Now managed by the Hopkins Center for the arts, the coffee house is open to the public Tuesdays through Sundays and for special events throughout the year

- Attend a monthly Artists Spotlight exhibitions.
- Participate in an all-ages Open Mic Thursday during the school year.
- Attend summer Sunset Series concerts indoors when the weather won’t allow outdoor concerts.
- Hike the nearby trails and then stop for pick-me-up snack.
Youth Advisory Board
Local high school students can get involved with the Depot’s Youth Advisory Board to help create youth activities. The shop is also open on Tuesday evenings from 5-8pm for student Study Nights.
Birthday Parties at the Depot
For a DIY birthday party in a unique space, families can rent space for birthday parties and other private events.
