Website Tamarack Nature Preserve
Tamarack Nature Preserve is a 170 acre wetland preserve in Woodbury containing the southernmost stand of tamarack trees in the state and fen wetlands. The walking loop is just short of 4-miles. Be sure to pack bug spray. Trails are not lit and the city recommends visiting only during daylight hours.
Note that this is a different park than Tamarack Nature Center in White Bear Township. If you are looking for the nature playground or the nature center, you are looking for the White Bear park.
